CliniSafe Ltd (CliniSafe) takes the privacy of your information very seriously.
Information is collected and processed for the purpose of concomitant drug checking during global clinical trials.
Data Collected on Subjects
Subjects on clinical trials are randomized and referred to only by their ID numbers - therefore they are anonymous within the CliniSafe program and the drugs used by them cannot be assigned to an individual person by the data stored on the CliniSafe database.
Subjects using a Study Card to check their own drugs, share a username and password for all the subjects on their study.
The data collected via a Study Card is anonymous.
Personal Data Collected on Registered Users
These are the registered users of the Integrated Research Platform who configure clinical trails and the investigators and monitors who check drugs.
The data collected on registered users is primarily their business contact details in order to facilitate the collaborative nature of running global clinical trials.
The information collected varies according to area of the program, but typically includes your name, business address, business contact details including your business email address and telephone numbers.
For investigators, the data includes the address and phone numbers of the research site.
In order to use Two Factor Authentication your email and/or telephone are required.
Sharing Information and Collaboration
Due to the collaborative nature running global clinical trials, your personal information such as your business contact details, research site etc. is likely to be shared with third party service providers who perform functions and services on the clinical trial.
We may transfer the personal information of registered users, and other concomitant drug checking data, to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected.
Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information.
Clinical trial data will be retained for at least 15 years from the end of the trial.
This will include all the settings of the trial such as drug rules, all the data collected on drugs checked for subjects and all the personal data of registered users (such as their business contact details).

There is a high-level Policy, and a detailed Standard Operating Procedure, (SOP).
